My husband and I enjoy drinking the flavoured chicken and beef bone broth. We grab it whenever we need a quick pick me up in the afternoon- it energizes us . In the morning we drink it warm or cold instead of a coffee. We also drink it as an alternative to tea after supper- warming it up just slightly. I think it helps me sleep better also. The classic bone broths we save to put into our soups and stews, especially in the winter. My personal favourite is Turmeric and ginger chicken- anytime of the day! They have .become a staple in our house. Also because they are from a Canadian company, we love it even more❤️

Generally I am up at least twice during the night and find after a cup of chicken broth I settle right back to sleep. Broth seems to alleviate my hunger pangs and calms my digestive system.

Great product and customer service. The price points are a touch high but otherwise would highly recommend the bone broth. I typically consume it cold and it tastes amazing and seems to have some correlated health benefits.
