Broya bone broth is shelf stable for 12 months when unopened from the date of production. Once you open the package, the broth should be refrigerated and will be good for 7 days.

I am on bag 4 , I am celiac and have ulcerative colitis, I suffer from digestive and bowel issues. So far noticed less pain in stomach as well as less bloating. I will definitely order more. Tastes great and a cup at night is very relaxing.
