Broya Black Friday Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, and representatives of Broya, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Existing subscribers are not eligible, unless they create a new subscription for a new item during the Promotion Period.

2. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway runs from Thursday, November 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST to Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).
  • Orders placed outside this timeframe will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Every order placed on broyaliving.com during the Promotion Period will automatically count as one entry.
  • No minimum purchase value is required.
  • Cancelled or refunded orders, wholesale orders, or non-qualifying subscription orders will not be included.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Broya Variety Pack (5-pack) delivered monthly for 12 consecutive months.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 CAD.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Broya will cover all shipping and tax costs associated with the prize.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected on December 8, 2025 from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be announced via Broya’s official Instagram account (@broyaliving) and contacted directly by email using the information provided at checkout.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Prize deliveries will begin in January 2026 and continue for twelve consecutive months.
  • Delivery is available only within Canada.

7. Consent for Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to Broya’s use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, in connection with announcing or promoting the giveaway.

8. General Conditions

  • Broya reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
  • Broya is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.
  • Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree to receive communication from Broya related to this giveaway and future promotions.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with Broya’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
