Shailene Woodley Eats Bone Broth for Breakfast and Why You Should Too

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of ginger tea
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tbsp grass fed colostrum (first milk of mammals which is loaded with immune and growth factors and super effective for healing leaky gut)

So why exactly is starting your day with a healthy dose of this ancient elixir such a good idea?
