Ingredients:
- 1 Large Can Pumpkin Puree (pure)
- 1 Can Light Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Broya Tumeric & Ginger Bone Broth
- Large Clove of Garlic (cooked)
- 1 Sweet Potato (cooked)
- 1 Onion (cooked)
- 1/4 tsp each of Cinnamon, Nutmeg
- Sea Salt + Pepper
- Optional* 1 Avocado
Directions:
Cook the Sweet Potato, Onion, and Garlic. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl & blend until desired consistency (add bone broth if it's too thick).
Top with avocado + additional seasoning to taste. It is best served the next day.
