Immunity Support Pumpkin Soup


  • 1 Large Can Pumpkin Puree (pure)
  • 1 Can Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Broya Tumeric & Ginger Bone Broth
  • Large Clove of Garlic (cooked)
  • 1 Sweet Potato (cooked)
  • 1 Onion (cooked)
  • 1/4 tsp each of Cinnamon, Nutmeg
  • Sea Salt + Pepper
  • Optional* 1 Avocado


Cook the Sweet Potato, Onion, and Garlic. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl & blend until desired consistency (add bone broth if it's too thick).

Top with avocado + additional seasoning to taste. It is best served the next day.
