INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Classic Chicken Bone Broth.
- 1 cup ripe honeydew melon, chilled and rough chopped.
- ½ English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped, plus 2 vertical slices for garnish.
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 1 to 2 limes) plus wedges for garnish.
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, plus a few leaves for garnish.
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon jalapeño hot sauce or 2 pinches cayenne.
- 2 ounces tequila or potato vodka
- Chicken Bone Broth ice cubes or regular ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
- In a blender, combine 1 cup chilled, rough chopped honeydew melon, ½ of a peeled, seeded and rough chopped English cucumber, and ¼ cup of fresh lime juice.
- Toss in 3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro leaves and your choice of spice - either ¼ to ½ teaspoon of jalapeño hot sauce or 2 pinches of cayenne pepper.
- Pour in 1 cup of Chicken Bone Broth and blend the mixture until smooth.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a shaker, add 2 ounces of tequila or potato vodka, and a handful of Chicken Bone Broth ice cubes (or regular ice cubes). Shake well.
- Strain the cocktail into glasses. Garnish each glass with a cucumber slice, a wedge of lime, and a few cilantro leaves.
