What's soothing and tasty at the same time.
I used to make bone broth for myself and my dogs as a kid. I found it very tasty and healthy, but over time I couldn't always take the time to do it. This tumeric and ginger chicken broth reminds me so much of those days and now without all the work. I'm finding a cup a day is good for me. It settles my gut, and gives me boost Into my afternoons. Sometimes I won't pack a lunch, and just sip on a hot cup of broth. Fills me up and gets me centered for the rest of my day. Quite enjoying it!!
